Return Policy - Mask U.S., Inc.


First time orders will be shipped pre-paid via Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. Any company check that is returned due to insufficient funds will result in the account being placed on a cash-only basis. A $25 service fee will be assessed on all returned checks.


All Mascots come complete with Head, Body, Mitts or Hands, and Feet or Spats (with a few rare exceptions). Additionally, each Mascot head is equipped with a built-in fan and ventilation panels for easy breathing. Our costumes are designed as one-size-fits-most, for adults ranging from5’4” (162 cm) to 6’2 (183 cm) and chest size up to 60” (152 cm). Other sizes can be specially ordered.


Orders will be processed on a first-come first-served basis. Production time for each Mascot is two (2) weeks and please allow for shipping. Rush orders are accepted and a $200 surcharge will be added to the order. Deadlines for rush orders must be presented in writing. To save additional time, you can always request Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply.


All our Mascots can be ordered in alternative colors and special sizes or with special hands andfeet (see Accessories for options). Special orders are subject to additional costs and are not refundable.


We love Custom Orders and will even provide you with a free quote! You will need to provide us with artwork and color requirements (for an accurate quote), and we will provide you with a custom character fabricated from scratch! Quotes include design fees, character development, and material costs. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to begin production on any Custom Order and the balance must be paid in full before the item is shipped. Sorry, but there are no refunds on Custom Orders.

Mask U.S. requires that you notify us within three (3) days of receiving shipment if there are any errors to your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors unless promptly notified.Any Returns must be authorized by Mask U.S. and be accompanied by an Authorization Return Number. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returns. Accounts will be credited for the item(s)returned to Mask U.S. minus re-stocking fees and shipping and handling costs. There are no refunds on items returned ten (10) business days after ship date or items that have been used, worn, rented, dirtied, or damaged or on custom pieces. No Exceptions.
