1. What size do your mascots come in?

Our mascots are designed to be one size-fits-most for adults ranging from 5’4” (162 cm) to 6’2” (183 cm)and chest size up to 60” (152 cm). Other sizes can be specially ordered. Click here for pricing on special sizes.

2. How long will it take to get my mascot?

Orders usually take two weeks to complete from the time the order is received. We will then ship your mascot to you. Allow 1 week for shipping.

3. Can I get my mascot sooner?

Absolutely. You can request a RUSH on any order and have it ready to ship in 3-4 days. An additional$200.00 will be added to the price of the mascot. You can request Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day shipping. Additional charges will apply. See Shipping Information.

4. Do you ship international?

Yes. We can ship to most major countries. Additional fees apply. Click to see international rates.

5. Can I change the color of a mascot?

Yes you can. You can change the color of almost any mascot in any combination for only $100 extra and still get it within the two week manufacture time.


6. Can I get a different head with my mascot?

Sure. You can swap one head style for another if you prefer for a minimal charge of $50.

7. Can I buy a head only?

8. Do you make CUSTOM mascots?

We specialize in custom mascots! We can change the colors of ours or sculpt you a brand new custom-made from scratch character using your artwork or ours!

Custom-sculpted mascots can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the design.

10. What are your mascots made of?

Our mascots heads are constructed out of molded foam and latex for light-weight, superior durability and detail unmatched by other methods. Our costumes are sewn from high quality acrylic fur and sometimes include latex or vinyl accessories.


11. How do you see out of the head?

Since all our heads are unique, they each have their own way to see out of them. Some mascots have vision through the mouth, while others have vision through the eyes, and still others you see through the head or neck itself.

12. How is the head attached?

Our heads rest comfortably on your shoulders and are secured with shoulder straps.

13. Are the hands and feet attached to the costume?

Our hands and feet are separate from the costume and are not attached.

14. How long do the feet last?

All our feet can last several years if taken care of, but we do not recommend using them on asphalt unless you order Parade Feet or Spats.

15. Are the costumes hot?

Acrylic fur can get hot in the summer--that’s why we include fans and vent panels in the head portion of our mascots. Additionally, we offer several cooling options to make you more comfort able like a Cool Vest and Cool Collar. Click to see options.


16. Do I need to order a fan?

All our polyfoam mascots (except Knights) come standard with a fan already installed.

17. How do I clean my mascot?

18. Do you make mascots for children?

Unfortunately, due to strict regulations, we do not manufacture mascots for children.

19. How do I pay for my mascot?

We take Visa and Mastercard and also take checks, and money orders. All orders must be prepaid before we will ship.

20. Do you have a minimum order?

We have no minimum quantity order. You can order as few or as many as you like.


21. What is your warranty?

Our retail warranty covers our costumes for workmanship against manufacturer defects for 30 days. Normal wear & tear from use is not covered.

22. What is your return policy?

All returns must be authorized by Mask U.S. and be accompanied by an authorization return number. Accounts will be credited for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to Mask U.S. minus shipping and handling costs. There are no refunds on items returned ten (10) business days after ship date or on items that have been used, worn, rented, dirtied or damaged or on any CUSTOM mascots. No exceptions. 23. Do you rent mascots?

Sorry, we do not rent costumes. We only manufacture them.

24. Why should I buy from Mask U.S.?

Mask U.S. includes quality features like a built-in fan at no extra cost. You can also easily customize our characters, and best of all, we are reasonably priced!
